Cashew Alfredo Sauce 4 Ways

For dairy-free and vegans alike, the discovery of blended cashews was like a godsend. Cashew cream, cashew cheese, and my personal favorite, cashew alfredo sauce. The versatility of cashew alfredo sauce is unbeatable – just add an extra ingredient, and you have completely different sauce, still creamy and rich from the blended cashews.

I like to pour cashew alfredo sauce over steamed veggies like broccoli and zucchini, but of course a perfect pairing is also a pasta of your choice (gluten-free if you prefer). Cashew alfredo sauce is also an excellent base for creamy soups, but I’ll save that for a separate blog. Enjoy!
