This juice is just a bunch of random ingredients that I threw together! I really like how it turned out, especially since it’s not very sweet. Sometimes when you are juicing, you get sick of sweeter tasting juices (or at least I do!!). This one is yummy and lower in sugar 🙂
– 2 grapefruits, peeled
– 2 blood oranges, peeled (you can substitute regular oranges or tangerines if you can’t find blood oranges)
– 7 carrots
– 1 handful of parsley
– 1 head of romaine lettuce
– 1 inch knob of ginger
Simply run all ingredients through a juicer (Breville is my favorite brand) and enjoy! This recipe will make about 40 oz.
