Green Nectarine Juice

This morning I had a delicious green juice for breakfast. I call it the Green Nectarine 🙂

You’ll need:
2 cucumbers
1 bunch of kale
3 nectarines, pit removed
1 apple
1 lemon

Run all ingredients through a juicer (I used an Omega 8005 but the Breville is also great) and enjoy! (Makes about 32oz) If you don’t have a juicer, you can follow this method to make juice in your blender!

I always feel ALIVE and ENERGIZED after my green juice! I can always tell the difference when I skip it. If you are thinking of doing an extended juice feast (where you drink juices only) check out my “How To” guide here.
