It might not be officially Fall, but I can’t resist jumping into classic fall flavors. If you’re anything like me, your love for all things pumpkin spice runs deep.

Do these overnight oats taste exactly like a Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte? No… but then again, there’s no actual pumpkin in a Pumpkin Spice Latte. It is made of 70% sugar, AT LEAST. Did I eat both servings of these delicious oats for breakfast because I literally could not stop eating them? You bet I did. Take that Starbucks (insert punching emoji here).
