I love the texture that dates add to smoothies. Plus it makes them dessert-like-sweet and super filling!
PB&J Medjool Date Smoothie
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
4 Natural Delights Medjool Dates, pitted
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Blend until smooth.
