Pina Colada Protein Smoothie

Pina Colada Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:
(Serves 1)
1 cup chopped, frozen pineapple
1 cup coconut water
1/2 frozen small banana
1 scoop protein powder
1/2 cup crushed ice

Directions:
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve.
