Watermelon Cooler Recipe

I have a massive love affair with watermelon going on right now! The combination of mint + cold watermelon is beyond refreshing on a hot day!

Like most of my recipes, this Watermelon Cooler is super fast and easy to make. This way you can spend more time outside by the pool and less time in the kitchen prepping!

-watermelon cut into cubes – use as much as you need to fill up your blender
-6-7 sprigs of fresh mint
-1/2 dropper full Vanilla Stevia to taste

Simply blend all ingredients together in your blender. Pour the mixture through a nut milk bag or 1 gal paint straining bag (available at Home Depot or Lowe’s for about $2) and into a clean bowl or pitcher to strain the fibers.

Serve over ice and enjoy…or if you’re feeling sassy, go ahead and add some high quality vodka!
