After giving birth to 3 beautiful kids in just under 5 years, Jessica found herself having a difficult time bouncing back to her pre-baby physique. “I realized after having my second baby that it wasn’t going to be that easy to get back to my old (or younger) self”. Shortly after she began teaching her dance fitness style classes she was asked to post her routines on the internet for her students to practice at home, and that’s when everything changed. With her dance fitness routine to “Dark Horse” going viral and reaching 1 million views in under 48 hours, Dance Fitness with Jessica was born. Dance Fitness with Jessica combines traditional exercise and cardio, with modern music and dance moves for an intense fat burning and lean muscle building workout that doesn’t make you feel like you are working out.
