Full Body Chair Workout To “Break A Sweat”

This week we are sharing a fun and effective full body weight workout using your body weight and a chair. No equipment needed. You can also do the full routine without a chair. Use a ballet barre to make it easier or go down to the floor for a more intense strength and cardio workout. Break a Sweat with Becky G!
