Full Leg Workout To “Cake By The Ocean”

This week we are sharing a leg workout set to “Cake by the Ocean” by DNCE. You don’t need any equipment for this ballet barre series, but if you want to add free weights you’ll get a good upper body workout too. Let the music motivate you!
