NO EQUIPMENT required for this total body cardio-burning HIIT Workout. This is perfect if you are traveling or want to head outside to a park or the beach!

You can do this entire workout with just your bodyweight and get an amazing full body workout in just 20 minutes!

Perform each exercise as fast as you can for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds and do the second exercise in the round. Alternate between each exercise for a total of 8 sets for each round. Take a 1 minute break and repeat on the next round. Each round should take 5 minutes, including rest. The whole workout is only 20 minutes long. Now get to it!

You have no excuses! 😉
