Perform each exercise as fast as you can for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds and do the second exercise in the round. Alternate between each exercise for a total of 8 sets for each round. Take a 1 minute break and repeat on the next round. Each round should take 5 minutes, including rest. The whole workout is only 20 minutes long. Now get to it!
