If you’re ready to step up your cardio game, or work on foot speed, or just change things up, try this exercise as demonstrated by Hope Solo. Watch out: it’s more challenging than it looks, so be ready to sweat. Add this to your workout 2 times per week, or you can do this between sets of your leg day.
