The Ginuwine “Pony” Workout We’re Obsessed With

Okay, y’all. Possibly the best workout ever created! It is a new Dance Fitness with Jessica routine to Ginuwine’s “Pony” and is a total ab and core workout that also burns the heck out of your legs and butt.

Remember to stay in a squat position, making sure to sit your butt into your heels, maintain good posture in your back and shoulders, and contract your abs throughout the routine.
