Vinyasa Flow Yoga Shoulder Openers

One of the most notorious places where stress and tension lie in our bodies is around the neck and shoulder girdle. Instead of isolating this area of the body however, this 20-minute vinyasa class will stretch the shoulders a myriad of different ways in the context of other poses.
