Yoga For When You’re Feeling Lazy

We are loving this routine by Yoga With Adriene. She has the perfect routine for all us couch potatoes. She takes the idea of home practice to a new level here. You can practice this yoga sequence when you are feeling a little blah or stir crazy. Use some of these stretches during a commercial break. Allow this video to be an invitation to not take your yoga practice or work out regime too seriously.
