I’m all about overnight oats these days! Especially since life is CA-RAZY and breakfast has become whatever I can throw together in five minutes or less.
Which is just sad, ’cause you guys know how much I LOVE breakfast. That said, these Strawberries & Cream Overnight Oats are heaven!
Light, fluffy, sweet, creamy, fruity. I don’t even have words. Well except for the ones I just shared with you. But I can guarantee you that there are many more not to be found! I’m having quite the moment with these Strawberries & Cream Overnight Oats over here.
Especially since we just got back from Mexico (blog post coming soon!) and have had zero time to do anything, but keep our heads above water in a flood of emails, unpacking, laundry, cleaning and work that we’re waaaaaayyy behind on. Yeah. I’d say these are great for those kinds of times I’ll gladly take some ready-to-go dessert-like Strawberries & Cream Overnight Oats for breakfast!
If you’ve never had overnight oats, be prepared to be blown away! They naturally have a creamy texture to them (since they literally soak overnight) that can be adjusted to your taste. Personally, I like mine to have a little bit of a harder, less creamy texture. So I simply used less almond milk! If you want creamier oats just add more almond milk. Pretty easy, don’t cha think?
By the way, these little jars are PERFECT for overnight oats! They’re the best ever if you’re into taking breakfast on-the-go. Just saying. But who does such a thing??? (Everyone. Like, everyday. That’s who.)
½ scoop lean vanilla protein powder
⅓ cup plain greek yogurt
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup rolled oats
1 packet stevia
2 tsp honey
