Apple Pie Spice Apple Chips

During fall and winter months, I love creating and trying out as many apple recipes as I can. These baked apple pie spice apple chips are the perfect healthy choice, when you are craving something sweet and crunchy. The combination of spices will make you feel cozy and ready for the holidays instantly.

Prep Time: 10 mins
Cooking Time: 2 hours

Ingredients
3 Gala apples
1 tbsp of apple pie spice
1 tsp of cinnamon

Directions
With a mandolin or slicer, slice the apples into thin pieces.
(I did a level 2 on my mandolin.)
Make sure you remove all of the seeds after slicing.
On a parchment paper lined baking sheet, spread out apple slices.
Sprinkle with apple pie spice and cinnamon.
Bake at 200 degrees for 2 hours or until crisp.
Let sit for 5-10 minutes so they crisp up a little more.
Enjoy!
