Food Prep: Sunday Salad

I like to food prep during busy weeks. Sometimes school and work is hard to balance. I usually make a giant salad on Sunday and eat it throughout the week. I’ll top it when some kind of protein or pair it with soup. I grocery shop on Sunday and pick up all kinds of toppings. The salad changes each week.

This week I added:
– Onions
– Mini Colored Bell Peppers
– Cucumbers
– Broccoli
– Grapes
– Apples
– Raisins
– Croutons
– Feta
– Romaine Lettuce
– Fresh Spinach
