Eggnog is a classic favorite this time of year. I highly recommend this dish to everyone, whether or not you like eggnog. I love how fluffy and just a little crispy these are! It was the best french toast I’ve tasted in my life. Like crazy GOOD. The eggnog gives it a delicious sweetness without being overly sweet, once you add maple syrup. This french toast would be the perfect Christmas morning breakfast!
I used millet bread in this recipe to make it gluten free, but any bread would work well. I have never loved eggnog, as I found it too sweet and heavy. However, I took one sip of this vegan eggnog and I was hooked. It is so creamy and delicious, you won’t believe it’s vegan!
