Healthy Fish And Chips Ingredients
1 lb – cod fillet
1 cup – unsweetened coconut milk
1 cup – tapioca flour
1/2 tsp – salt and pepper
1/2 tsp – garlic powder
2 tbs – Kelapo coconut oil
1 small/medium parsnip (or root veggie of your choosing)
1 small/medium rutabaga (or root veggie of your choosing)
Kelapo Coconut Oil Spray
