Healthy Halloween Chocolate Bars

Sure, you can buy candy bars at the grocery store, but its really easy and inexpensive to make your own. This Halloween, surprise your guests or trick-or-treaters with these healthy Halloween chocolate bars.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

First Layer- The Crust:
1 & 1/4 cup GF crispy rice cereal
1/4 cup honey or brown rice syrup
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
pinch of fine grain sea salt

Second Layer- Date Caramel:
1 1/4 cup pitted soft Medjool dates
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk
pinch of sea salt

Third Layer: Chocolate Coating:
1/2 cup dark chocolate
1 tsp coconut oil
