Happy Friday, y’all! Since it’s Labor Day weekend and most of us will be celebrating by hosting or attending a BBQ, we thought it was the perfect time to talk roasted veggies.
This one minute video gives you the quick run down on how to prepare the perfect side dish for all occasions. We love switching it up with all different vegetables. The great thing is, you can substitute what you don’t like with what you do like. Roast away!
1. Chop your favorite veggies into bite-sized pieces.
2. Arrange veggies on a baking pan.
3. Drizzle with olive oil.
4. Sprinkle with fresh rosemary, salt and pepper.
5. Roast in oven for 20 minutes at 375.
