Super-Addicting Matcha Protein Pancakes

A weekend isn’t complete in my books without a tall AF stack of protein pancakes.



But, I don’t like how regular pancakes make me feel. Usually coming with a side of sleepiness, bloating & later, a sugar crash.

So I  have switched to making my gluten free – sometimes vegan – protein pancakes.

If you know me, you know that I also LOVE my matcha. So this Sunday, I thought I would combine the two.

Using my fresh ingredients from @milkandeggscom, I followed the @toneitup pancake recipe and added a few ingredients of my own:
