When it comes to health, not all rules and routines are ones you should follow to the T. Some trends that were once healthy have been deemed the opposite but people still hang on to them because it’s been set in stone.

There’s been a rise to a fault of “healthy” habits that are popular but not actually backed up by science recently. Some of these are waste of money and others could actually backfire and harm your body if you aren’t careful.
