Get ready for lower back stretches, scorpions, kettle-bell half get-ups, leg lift sit-ups, bicycles, flutter kicks, twisting side planks, toe touches, hip drop side planks and more.
You will need a Yoga Mat, a kettle-bell, a bottle of water and a towel to complete this routine that can be modified to fit any skill level by adjusting reps, form, weight and rest periods. Don’t forget to hydrate during rest periods.
