10 Minute Tight Tummy Pilates Circuit Workout

This circuit workout is a low-impact, target-toning abdominal workout that works multiple muscle groups of the abs simultaneously to burn calories and flatten the tummy. Strengthen the core and tone the obliques with your Expert BeFiT GO Fitness Coach as she demonstrates an effective series of ab-focused moves that will challenge the arms, legs, back, obliques and glutes!

Build power and release tension as you work all of the muscles of the abs and core with result-driven moves like cork screws, double leg stretches, criss crosses, teasers, open leg rockers, straight arm hip twists and more that will ignite weight loss potential and tone the entire midsection in just ten minutes.

You will need a Yoga Mat, a bottle of water and a towel to complete this routine that can be modified to fit any skill level by adjusting reps, form and rest periods. Don’t forget to hydrate during rest periods.
