Kettlebells are designed with a thick handle and a weight that hangs below the handle which allows you to do traditional exercises but with an extra challenge and added twist. The way that the weight hangs makes it harder to control which gives you are bigger challenge, especially for your core and grip strength. It’s easy to get a full body workout with nothing more than a kettlebell.
