14 Minute Lower-Body Strength Endurance Test Workout

This 14 Minute Lower-Body Strength Endurance Test (Introduction) with Allie Cohen is an explosive, lower body power AMRAP (as many reps as possible) workout routine that features a circuit-style training challenge that blends supercharged plyometric moves with weight-training exercises to melt away fat, build strength, increase endurance and uncover lean definition from head to toe! This result-driven routine will activate the core, engage the abdominals and sculpt the arms, chest, legs, shoulders, abs, butt, back and obliques. Turn up the intensity as you cycle through (3) four minute rounds with 1 minute rests in between and see how many reps you can complete. Start with 10 no push-up burpees followed 20 alternating dumbbell snatches, before finishing with 30 air squats. Your score will equal the total number of rounds completed plus any extra reps throughout the entire circuit.
