20 Minute Dancer-Inspired Body Burn Workout

This target toning workout routine was designed to boost the metabolism, challenge multiple muscle groups simultaneously to build strength and burn fat through a flowing combination of Pilates, barre and ballet-based exercises that will re-define the body from top to bottom. Engage the abdominals and strengthen the core as you sculpt and tone problem areas including the hips, thighs, glutes, arms, legs, calves, shoulders, chest, back, and obliques with your Expert BeFiT GO Fitness Coaches as they demonstrate an effective series of moves featuring weight training, barre and body-weight resistance training that will deliver results fast!

Lift and firm the booty and slim the thighs with result-driven moves like single toe taps, wide seconds, narrow V’s, second position, planks, glute bridge battement tendu, oblique roll-backs, twists, side plank leg lifts, boat pose and more that will ignite weight loss potential and leave you feeling stronger and healthier in just 20 minutes!

You will need a Yoga Mat, a light set of dumbbells, a bar, a bottle of water and a towel to complete this routine that can be modified to fit any skill level by adjusting reps, weight, form and rest periods. Don’t forget to hydrate during rest periods.
