5 Minutes to Lean Legs

This 5 minute workout focuses on lean legs by working the inner thighs, outer thighs, calves, and quads. If you’ve wanted a workout to help give you leaner, longer legs, look no further. One minute for each move – 5 moves total. You can do this on its own or as part of a longer circuit. Either way, you’ll feel it and see results!
