Back That Thang Up Dance Workout

My class had been begging me to choreograph a Back That Thang Up dance workout, by Juvenile ft. Lil Wayne, so I challenged them to learn it all in one night! Check it out to see how they did and follow along at home for a great workout. Make sure to stretch out before hand because you’ll be droppin’ that booty to the floor over and over!
