Fitness emphasis: Your heart! This song is rated mid-high intensity depending on how “big” you go with the high impact moves. If the high impact of the side-to-side jumping segments are too tough, simply modify by keeping your feet on the ground. Keep in mind that you can modify any of the movements to increase or decrease intensity.
