Body Circles

Grab a weight or kettle bell for this one: Body Circles are a great way to warm up your entire body for an NTC workout. While it looks deceivingly easy, it’ll really get your heart pumping.

Try spending a few minutes doing these before you workout, it will really loosen up those upper body muscles.
