This full body calorie torch workout with Danielle Pascente is an intense, total body-sculpting fat burn workout that employs an effective blend of plyometric movement, cardio exercise and strength conditioning to increase endurance, burn fat, build strength and sculpt lean muscle from top to bottom and start off the new year with a bang! This workout targets the arms, legs and core as you go through each exercise for 1 minute.
