Full Body Workout To “What Do You Mean”

Each week we feature a new move from a Red Hot Dance Fitness choreographed routine, an exercise from a Red Hot Barre class, or a fitness, nutrition or wellness tip. This week we are giving you a full body workout using just your body weight. Interval your squats and planks to create a full body conditioning workout that includes cardio.

Repeat the series again and again for a longer workout – you can even add your favorite songs.
