September is in full swing. This means it’s officially back to school for some of you. It can be tricky finding time for working out when you’re busy with classes. This ten minute workout is the perfect solution though.
Although brief, this is a full body-sculpting circuit workout combining cardio, strength training and plyometric movement to build endurance and tone your arms, shoulders, glutes, abs, chest, legs and thighs. Get ready for high knees, butt kickers, samson stretches, dumbbell strict presses, jumping goblet squats, burpee broad jumps and toe touches.
All you’ll need is a set of dumbbells, a yoga mat, a bottle of water and a towel to complete this routine that can be modified to fit any skill level by adjusting reps, weight, rest periods, and form. Don’t forget to hydrate during rest periods!
