Kettlebell Complex Strength Building Workout is a supercharged, pyramid style total-body strength routine that uses a series of 4 explosive kettlebell exercises to burn fat, build power, increase strength, and work several major muscle groups simultaneously for maximum, body-shaping results. Sculpt lean muscle throughout the arms, shoulders, legs, back, chest, butt, and abs with Coach Dunte Hector and Angela as they take you through an intense pyramid circuit in which you will repeat a cycle of 4 moves for a series of 2, 3, 5, and 10 reps, then back down (5, 3, 2.) Activate your core and spark your weight loss potential as you target the biceps, triceps, lats, quads, glutes, pecs, traps, and abdominals for a full body burn.
