Morning Yoga Flow

Let’s face it, life can get a little crazy. Whether it’s work, school, relationships, it’s easy to get stressed and not allow yourself to stay focused throughout the day. Yoga really helps to find your center, but it’s not easy to hit a yoga class before you start your day. Thankfully, the ladies at teamed up with LA-based yogi, Sam Negrin, to create a morning yoga workout routine that you can do right at home. Add this to your morning routine to help get you energized for the day.

This sequence is based around stretching the side body, hamstrings and hip flexors. Practicing yoga in the morning keeps our body happy by stretching and strengthening first thing, and our mind happy by helping us balance and stay grounded throughout the day.  (LEAF)

The routine is only 3 minutes, so why not give it a try? And for those of you who are already yoga pros, try repeating the sequence a few times to increase difficulty.
