Burn fat and calories in this high energy total body 15-minute workout. Multiple muscle groups will be tested through a series of stationary cycling or running, burpee box jumps (yikes!), mountain climbers, flutter kicks, toe touches and more.
You’ll sweat through three rounds of five intense moves. You’re going to want to reap all the benefits as you test multiple muscle groups to build power, increase endurance, skyrocket metabolism and ultimately get lean and toned.
You’ll need a yoga mat, a box/bench/or sturdy chair, a stationary bike/treadmill/or rower. If the gym is full, take your workout outdoors and improvise, but don’t forget your water bottle and towel (you’ll need it).
