Core-Strengthening Yogilates Circuit Workout

This circuit workout is a 15 minute, core-strengthening Pilates routine that features a combination of several effective exercises for a total body tone-up! Challenge your abdominals and tone the hips, thighs, glutes, chest, arms, legs, shoulders, core and back as Sloan Rabinor motivates you through this unique Yoga/ Pilates hybrid workout.

Fight through the burn as you plank and pulse your way through a series of body-sculpting moves like side plank to push-up, single-leg stretch, back extension, double leg stretch and more that are sure to leave you looking leaner, stronger and healthier.

You will need a Yoga mat, a towel and a bottle of water to complete this workout that is great for all skill levels.
